At Stokehouse we work closely with the seasons and respect ingredients by allowing their true flavours to have prominence - simply enhancing them with modern cooking techniques and imaginative combinations. We celebrate our location and explore the incredible produce we have on our doorstep. Our menus feature a seafood focus, incorporating local growers as well as native Australian ingredients. All of our dishes have a clean, elegant approach, allowing the hero ingredients to shine.
