STOKEBAR has joined the Stokehouse family! Open daily from 12 noon and located on the first floor adjacent to the Stokehouse dining room, STOKEBAR is our dedicated bar and terrace. No bookings are required, with walk ins welcome at any time, perfect for a pre or post lunch or dinner drink, a glass of champagne, one of our signature cocktails or an icy cold beer.

The new Stokehouse building, located on St Kilda Beach, is on a World scale, unprecedented as the first as designed and as built 5 star green star restaurant. We have worked hard to recreate the same laid back charm and feeling; perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner, overlooking the water, with the same great atmosphere, welcome feel and generosity. The menu created by Executive Chef Richard Ousby and Head Chef Ollie Hansford remains very much Stokehouse on the beach, with a focus on seafood, and an overarching philosophy of fresh, clean, zesty and light.
Our sand level is home to two venues: Paper Fish – our premium fish & chip kiosk accessed from the beach boardwalk – and Pontoon – fast moving, casual and affordable, featuring an 18m bar, 4m grill, beachside deck and DJ’s.
