Stokehouse – everybody’s favourite beach house – is back!
Stokehouse bookings opened in late November and we have been overwhelmed by the volume of reservation enquiries. We have now made available further tables through to April 2017. Please visit our reservations page now to view live availability and to make a booking.

The new Stokehouse building, located on St Kilda Beach, is on a World scale, unprecedented as the first as designed and as built 5 star green star restaurant. The first floor is home to Stokehouse – we think it’s one of the most stunning dining rooms, with unparalleled views. We have worked hard to recreate the same laid back charm and feeling; perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner, overlooking the water, with the same great atmosphere, welcome feel and generosity. The menu created by Executive Chef Richard Ousby and Head Chef Ollie Hansford remains very much Stokehouse on the beach, with a focus on seafood, and an overarching philosophy of fresh, clean, zesty and light.
Our sand level is home to two new venues: Paper Fish – our premium fish & chip kiosk accessed from the beach boardwalk – and Pontoon – fast moving, casual and affordable, featuring an 18m bar, 4m grill, beachside deck and DJ’s. Both are open daily from 12 noon with walk ins welcome at any time.
