STOKEBAR has joined the Stokehouse family! Open daily from 12 noon and located on the first floor adjacent to the Stokehouse dining room, STOKEBAR is our dedicated bar and terrace. No bookings are required, with walk ins welcome at any time. Now featuring Sashimi Sundays, 2pm to 6pm each Sunday with the menu curated by Head Chef Ollie Hasford featuring only the freshest produce available.

The new Stokehouse building, located on St Kilda Beach, is on a World scale, unprecedented as the first as designed and as built 5 star green star restaurant. We have worked hard to recreate the same laid back charm and feeling; perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner, overlooking the water, with the same great atmosphere, welcome feel and generosity. The menu created by Executive Chef Richard Ousby and Head Chef Ollie Hansford remains very much Stokehouse on the beach, with a focus on seafood, and an overarching philosophy of fresh, clean, zesty and light.
Our sand level is home to Pontoon – fast moving, casual and affordable, featuring an 18m bar, 4m grill, beachside deck and DJ’s.
