There is no better pairing than champagne and seafood – join us by the sea to sample some of Executive Chef Jason Staudt’s signature items, highlighted within this specially curated seafood menu. To start, you will enjoy a stunning seafood platter which includes Storm Clams, Australian oysters and King Prawns; followed by seasonal shellfish served with a Bollinger sauce & local sorrel for main.
