Four Pillars Gin Pig Dinner

Showcasing the fragrant botanicals of Four Pillars’ gin, Stokehouse is teaming up with the masterminds behind this iconic brand to bring you their coveted Gin Pig Dinner.

Four Pillars is based in the Yarra Valley, launching their first gin in December 2013 and quickly establishing themselves with a loyal customer base in Australia and internationally. Four Pillars have been recognised in two of the most prestigious spirit award programs in the World – the World Gin Masters and Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Competition.

Head Chef, Ollie Hansford will take guests on a culinary journey building up to the famous Gin Pig – local Gippsland pork fed on the spent botanicals from the Four Pillars gin making process including juniper, coriander seeds, cardamom, star anise, lavender, lemon myrtle, turmeric and ginger.
