Talisker Whisky Dinner

 

Stokehouse St Kilda is teaming up with Talisker to bring you a night of whisky by the sea on Wednesday 14th August.

Hailing from the Isle of Skye, Talisker Whisky pays homage to the rugged, beautiful and remote coastline of Scotland through the salted smoke and soft fruit notes of its whisky. Our chefs have curated a seafood-focused menu, perfect for a winter’s evening and paired beautifully with Talisker’s selection of premium single malt whisky.

Sample dishes from Stokehouse’s award winning menu – all paired to a selection of whisky and whisky based cocktails – including;

Baked oysters with smoked chicken fat and jamon serrano
Crayfish cannelloni with a carrot noisette sauce & wattle seed crumb
Grilled Spanish mackerel, smoked eel butter sauce, pickled shallots & seas succulents
Cashel blue cheese with whisky poached cumquats & a sourdough cracker
Whisky & malt baba with poached pear
