Hosted by Four Pillars Creative Director and Diageo World Class Winner Nick Tesar, the one-night-only event pairs a four-course seasonal menu with a curated selection of Four Pillars gins and specialty cocktails, including the iconic Bloody Shiraz Gin.
Created exclusively for the evening, the $200pp all-inclusive menu showcases a series of off-menu dishes designed to complement the distinctive botanicals, spice and bright citrus notes that have made Four Pillars a global favourite.
