Founded in 1997 and distilling from 1999, Hellyers Road was established by a group of dairy farmers on Tasmania’s wild north-west coast with a vision to craft world-class single malt whisky. Today, it’s one of the most respected names in Australian spirits.

This one-night-only private dinner will showcase a selection of their globally celebrated whiskies, including rare and limited releases—among them, a remarkable 20 Year Old expression sure to impress even the most devoted whisky lovers. These will be served alongside a specially curated four-course menu, with each dish thoughtfully paired to highlight the complexity and character of Hellyers Road’s whisky, while reflecting the season’s finest ingredients and Stokehouse’s signature coastal elegance.

At $195pp, enjoy a whisky cocktail on arrival, a four-course dinner with curated Whisky pairings, and a final cocktail to finish.
