Founded in 1974, Bannockburn has become one of Australia’s most respected cool-climate wine producers. Celebrated for expressive Pinot Noir and Chardonnay shaped by the unique landscape and maritime influence of the Geelong region, the wines are known for their elegance, structure and unmistakable sense of place.
Still family owned today, Bannockburn continues to farm with a deep respect for the land, producing thoughtful, site-driven wines that balance purity, texture and complexity.
For one night only, guests will enjoy a curated selection of Bannockburn wines alongside a bespoke Stokehouse menu, designed to complement the character and nuance of each pour. Arrival from 6pm, with guests seated for dinner shortly after.
