Stokehouse invites you to open something special. Our six-course BYO experience ($295pp) is designed for those with something extraordinary to share. From Burgundy to a vintage Champagne saved for the right moment. It’s a chance to bring out the bottles that deserve more than a casual pour, and enjoy them in the company of great friends, food, a beachside setting, and the care of our experienced team.

While you provide the wine, our team – led by Head Sommelier Wil Martin – is here to elevate the experience further. From glassware to temperature, decanting to pairing, we’ll handle the details so you can focus on the moment.

The current menu changes with the seasons and is carefully crafted to complement wines with complexity and structure, showcasing premium, seasonal ingredients across six generous courses.

Available daily for lunch and dinner, the BYO experience is offered for up to eight guests, with one bottle permitted per person. Reservations are essential.
