Hosted by our very own Group Pastry Chef  Ash Smith and Tokyo Lamington’s Eddie Stewart, this dynamic duo will set out to show guests that desserts aren’t just the finale to a meal, but in fact the main event themselves.    5-course sweet sensation, this exceptional menu is a one-night only offering, with all dishes being crafted exclusively for this event.The two powerhouse pastry chefs will pay homage to the nostalgic pastry trends of the past, letting their memories do the talking. Soak in the sunset on St Kilda beach as our chefs take you through the entire dessert spectrum, moving from a savoury-leaning first course to classic sweet treats we all know and love (with a twist).   At $148pp the adventure begins with a complimentary drink upon arrival overlooking the bay.
