This Father’s Day, celebrate Dad with a banquet designed to delight. An elevated four-course offering served with uninterrupted views of St Kilda Beach.
At $195pp, the shared menu begins with an elegant selection of snacks, including scallop & caviar, smoked beetroot tart and mussel en croute. The seafood course features crumbed rock flathead with sugarloaf cabbage, dill & caviar, alongside refined accompaniments like saltbush potato cakes and carrot & pistachio.
A whole roast duck, carved on the crown and served with duck sausage, preserved fig and madeira, headlines the main course. It’s paired with seasonal sides, including leeks with hazelnut verde and nutmeg.
For an added layer of indulgence, premium supplements are available to include when reserving: Southern rock lobster with ancho chilli butter and steam buns, or Altair wagyu short rib with potato dauphine and preserved truffle.

Reservations are available from 11:30am into the evening. The banquet menu is exclusive to lunch, with the à la carte menu returning at 6pm alongside the special menu, which guests can opt for when reserving. A children’s menu is also available. Please let us know when booking.
