A triple treat takes Stokehouse. Three icons of leadership in sustainability and ethics invite you to share an unforgettable meal. Hosted by Joost Bakker and Future Food System at the beachside Stokehouse Restaurant, with meals prepared by Jason Staudt with guest chefs Jo Barrett and Matt Stone, this unique dining experience will provide funds for Bob Brown Foundation’s vital work protecting forests, oceans and threatened species. With guest of honour, Bob Brown.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course dining & beverage experience from the three talented chefs, in a building that takes the idea of sustainability to another level. Vegan options will be available for all courses. Ticket price includes food & beverage.

About Future Food System
Innovator Joost Bakker created Future Food System onsite at Fed Square in Naarm/Melbourne as a self-sustaining, zero waste, productive house that demonstrates the potential of our homes to provide shelter, produce food and generate energy. Two incredible chefs lived onsite where all the food was grown: Jo Barrett and Matt Stone. The house is currently being reconstructed outside of Melbourne, but the legendary experience of eating a Future Food System meal lives on.
About Stokehouse
Stokehouse Restaurant on St Kilda Beach is one of Melbourne’s iconic venues. In its post-fire rebuild, owner Frank van Haandel has incorporated many structural and processes that help Stokehouse to stand out as a modelling thoughtful responsible enterprise. The renowned restaurant is the first of its kind to achieve a 5-Star ‘Australian Excellence’ Green Star Design & As Built Rating. For this one-off event, chef Jason Staudt collaborates with Jo Barrett and Matt Stone to forge an inspiring feast.
