This Lunar New Year, join us by the beach for a dining experience that feels truly special. Falling on Wednesday, January 29, the celebration ushers in the Year of the Snake—a time to gather with loved ones, reflect on the year past, and welcome good fortune and prosperity ahead.
Our talented team of chefs has crafted a menu worthy of the occasion, showcasing exquisite off-menu creations designed to delight. The $198pp menu will begin with Abrolhos Island scallops in a ginger dressing and handpicked spanner crab served with corn, lime, and donuts. The experience continues with bold, seasonal flavors like coral trout paired with abalone and tuna XO sauce, sugarloaf cabbage with seaweed and tarragon, and a salt bush and vinegar potato cake. For the main event, savour Westholme Wagyu scotch with dauphine potato, thumbelina carrot, and bordelaise sauce, paired with cherry tomato, peach, marjoram, and green tomato preserve.
End your celebration on a sweet note with a pineapple tart tatin served alongside vanilla gelato, and take home red and gold chocolate bonbons as a nod to tradition and good fortune.
