These incredible Western Australian wines are carefully paired with an exceptional Stokehouse menu.
This one-night-only experience offers a rare opportunity to hear directly from one of Australia’s most celebrated winemakers. With over two decades shaping the identity of Vasse Felix wines, Virginia will guide guests through a selection of premium pours, sharing stories and insights from vine to glass.
Tickets are limited and priced at $265pp, inclusive of a 4-course dining experience with canapés and matched wines. Executive Chef Jason Staudt has crafted a bespoke menu for the evening, designed to complement the vibrancy and elegance of each wine, while Head Sommelier Wil Martin has curated the perfect pairings to bring the collaboration to life.
