Farewell 2022 in style with an evening of luxe beachside dining. The Stokehouse team have designed an extravaganza you do not want to miss. Available for a strictly limited number of guests, a luxurious and relaxed evening at Stokehouse awaits.

Guests will arrive at 7:30pm to enjoy some pre-dinner opulence in STOKEBAR. Caviar bumps, freshly shucked oysters and premium canapés all to be enjoyed whilst sipping Pol Roger, or a signature Stokehouse cocktail.

Then onto the main event, a specially curated 4-course dinner showcasing the very best of Stokehouse. Expect our show-stopping starter, the premium seafood platter to feature alongside other stunning seasonal dishes designed to perfectly compliment the luxe summer evening. Our chefs have sourced off-menu, premium items that will feature throughout the night to truly elevate your NYE experience. The full wine and drinks lists will be available to you, as well as optional wine parings specially curated to match your menu. Our Sommelier team is also reserving some extra special bottles for the celebratory night.

This stellar evening comprising of pre-dinner drinks and canapés, followed by your four-course premium menu is priced at $395PP. Once seated, all beverages will be charged on a consumption basis.
