Reservations are available from 7:00pm where an opulent start to the evening in STOKEBAR awaits. Revel in pre-dinner extravagance with freshly shucked oysters, and premium canapés, perfectly paired with the effervescence of Pol Roger or one of our signature Stokehouse cocktails. 

Embark on a culinary journey with our specially curated 4-course dinner, showcasing the epitome of Stokehouse excellence. The evening kicks off with Caviar service of Polanco Oscietra caviar coming from Uruguay with Stokehouse style garnishes, followed by a show-stopping starter of poached southern rock lobster, melon gazpacho & buffalo curd. Choose from two premium mains Aged & glazed Macedon ranges duck or King George whiting, summer peas & salmon roe caviar butter, both served with Stokehouse sides. A little lemon sorbet palette cleanser is next. Followed by a showstopping NYE exclusive dessert of popcorn Millie-Fuille, slated caramel ganache & old-fashioned baba.
