With reservations available from 7:00pm, your evening begins with pre-dinner delights in STOKEBAR, where you’ll enjoy native oysters, spanner crab crumpets, and rock lobster brioche—paired perfectly with a glass of Pol Roger or a signature cocktail. This is just the beginning of a night to savour.

Once seated, our specially curated  New Year’s Eve menu will take you on a culinary journey that highlights the best local produce and seafood. Expect decadent touches like caviar service and mains that include your choice of premium Westholme Wagyu Sirloin or Murray Cod, accompanied by seasonal sides. The meal concludes with a refreshing palette cleanser and an exclusive dessert of White chocolate coffee caviar tin, vodka baba & crème fraiche ice cream crafted to leave a lasting impression.

The $395pp New Year’s Eve experience includes a bespoke 5-course menu that flows seamlessly throughout the evening, along with a drink on arrival. Once seated, beverages can be ordered as you please and will be charged on consumption.
