Welcoming guests from 9pm with Pol Roger Champagne on arrival, enjoy a trio of seafood snacks, Shark Bay scallop with caviar, king prawn cocktail, and a specialty spanner crab potato cake. Beyond this, a bespoke menu is available to order throughout the evening. Live entertainment from the main dining room sets the mood early, with Terrace Bar entertainment joining from 11pm.
