Stokehouse is open for lunch reservations on New Years’ Eve and for lunch and dinner reservations on New Years’ Day with all bookings available via our website.

STOKEBAR has reopened for guests with reservations only – enjoy a drink at the Bar or on the Terrace before or after you finish at your table.

Sample the stunning Specials Menu from Executive Chef Jason Staudt designed to showcase the very best of that days’ produce including the current standout dish of Western Australian Geraldton Crayfish, sauce from the bones, fresh made fettuccini with lovage oil.
