Group Pastry Chef Ash Smith is pleased to share with you his tropical take on the traditional Christmas Pudding. Our Stokehouse pudding is ready-made and comes complete with at-home instructions to complete Ash’s special brandy custard recipe as the perfect match to your delicious pudding.

Available to order online now, or simply add a pudding to your reservation and collect it post-dining experience. For online orders, you can collect your pudding in venue between 10am-6pm 7-days a week right up until Christmas.
