Stokehouse will be transformed into a Spring haven with a stunning race-inspired floral installation by renowned designer, Joost Bakker. Enjoy our signature racing cocktail ‘The Fascinator’ featuring Ketel One vodka, hibiscus syrup, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and egg white, topped with champagne and toasted meringue. Watch the feature races each day over the Carnival.

Join us for Ladies Day lunch and enjoy cocktails in the sunshine on the Stokehouse terrace, followed by a long 3-course lunch curated by Head Chef, Ollie Hansford. All guests will receive a beautiful selection of spa products compliments of ASPAR & Aurora Spa. $95 per person; inclusive of 3-course menu and signature drink on arrival.
