With a powerhouse grill serving flame-kissed cuts, fresh seafood and unapologetic flavours, Stokehouse Precinct Executive Chef Jason Staudt has expertly crafted a menu inspired by the heat of the grill and the energy of the stadium. Taking cues from our own produce-driven and bold approach at the Precinct, the dishes are grill-led and favour seafood signatures — bringing the best of the surf to the turf of Marvel Stadium.
