New Zealand’s celebrated three-hat restaurant, Tala, comes down under, blending island dining with beachside elegance.
Tala brings a contemporary take on Samoan cuisine, and we are excited to welcome Chef and owner Henry Onesemo, who joins our Executive Chef Jason Staudt to present an experience celebrating heritage, innovation and connection. Presented by Polestar as part of MFWF Global Dining Series, enjoy a taste of the Tala magic without having to cross the Tasman.
Guests will enjoy Tala’s renowned multi-course Chef’s Journey Menu, an immersive exploration of Samoan flavours, textures and stories, all set against our iconic bayside backdrop.
