At $200pp, Executive Chef Jason Staudt’s carefully curated menu celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients and is sure to impress. Start with a Stokehouse snack, a shared entree into a choice of main & sides. The finale couldn’t be more beautiful, Group Pastry Chef Ash Smith’s chocolate dipped strawberry is a true dessert masterpiece.

 

If you wish to indulge a little further, there are two supplementary mains on offer.

Seafood lovers can enjoy Whole Victorian Lobster for two served Ancho chilli butter, pickled biquinho chilli, thick cut chips & steamed buns.

With duck season in full swing, opt for our Macedon Ranges dry aged duck for two, served with BBQ fig, thyme & Madeira sauce with duck liver parfait
