This Valentine’s Day, fall in love with an unforgettable evening by the beach at Stokehouse. On Friday, February 14th, let the romance of the St Kilda sunset set the perfect backdrop for a memorable experience with your special someone.

At $200pp, Executive Chef Jason Staudt has designed a spectacular 4-course menu, celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients that you and yours will love. Begin with a trio of beautifully crafted snacks, move into a shared entrée, choose your main with paired sides, and finish on the sweetest note with Group Pastry Chef Ash Smith’s stunning creation, Bed of Roses.

To spoil yourselves even further, indulge in one of two exquisite supplementary mains: a 750g Whole Victorian Lobster for two, served with ancho chilli butter, pickled biquinho chilli, thick-cut chips, and steamed buns, or Macedon Ranges Duck Crown and Duck Sausage, paired with BBQ fig, thyme, Madeira sauce, and duck liver parfait. This Valentine’s Day menu will be available exclusively during our evening service from 5pm, with no à la carte menu on offer. For those looking to celebrate earlier in the day, the menu can also be selected for lunch reservations.
