We are excited to welcome Ash Smith as our new Group Pastry Chef, joining Executive Chef Jason Staudt’s team later this month. Having been based in Sydney for the past 10 years, Ash has long admired the Melbourne hospitality industry.
With a wealth of experience having worked at venues such as 12-Micron, Rockpool Bar & Grill and Aria Restaurant, Ash is set elevate your Stokehouse experience with his creations and we look forward to sharing these along with some exciting events with you over the coming months.
