Father’s Day

Sunday, September 2nd will mark Father’s Day and the first weekend of spring. To celebrate Dad and the return of warmer weather, treat yourself and your loved ones to an exceptional dining experience overlooking the water.  Stokehouse will be offering a curated three-course menu featuring signature dishes plus limited Father’s Day specials:

Grilled half crayfish with lemon myrtle butter, sea succulents
Aged Cape Grim rib eye, native cumminata

The three-course menu is $130 per person, and children can dine for $60 which includes a main and dessert plus soft drink.

To top it off, Dad will receive a ‘Native Cumminata’ dry spice mix of over 15 herbs and spices, handmade by Head Chef Ollie Hansford. Just add lime and olive oil for a flavour-packed sauce that can go in salads, used as a marinade or dressing, mixed through pasta or paired with fish, pork or chicken.  A recipe card will be attached so you can try a taste of Stokehouse at home.

The special Father’s Day menu will run for lunch and dinner. To make a reservation, please book online or contact Stokehouse on info@stokehouse.com.au or 9525 5555.
